Cell子刊：下丘脑中调控进食的一类新细胞

葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素多肽（GIP）是肠道内分泌细胞产生的肠道激素，Cell Metabolism近期发表的一项研究，在小鼠下丘脑中鉴定了表达GIP受体的细胞，发现活化表达这种受体的神经元可抑制小鼠进食。这些发现说明，下丘脑中的GIP信号参与调解能量平衡，或可作为抑制食欲的药物/治疗靶点。
