来自Microbiome上发表的一项最新研究，在37名流感病毒感染患者中，发现宿主对病毒感染的应答与呼吸道菌群的组成、功能通路及抗生素耐药基因表达相关，同时鉴定出了一些与特定抗生素耐药基因表达相关的细菌属。
